Combination of environment assessment, executive assessment and 3 months executive coaching (1st month: 3 coaching sessions, 2nd month: 2 sessions, 3rd month 1 session)

Contents of Environment Assessment

Detailed discussion between the Superiors of the person starting in the new position and the Executive Coach in order to reach a clear understanding of the expectations of all parties involved and in order for the Executive Coach to get a basic understanding of the organization's culture.

Contents of Executive Assessment

Use of dedicated assessment tool (Harrison Assessments) for a better understanding of the potential gaps between the current skill set and the skill set required for a successful performance in the new position.

Contents of Executive Coaching Sessions

Close working relationship between the Executive starting in the new position and the Executive Coach with the following expected results:

- Coaching will help the executive understand the expectations of all stakeholders (superiors, colleagues, subordinates, customers, business partners, shareholders, etc.)

- Coaching will help the executive observe and understand the dynamics inherent to the culture of the new environment

- Coaching will help the executive develop the necessary leadership skills

Based on this better understanding, the behavior of the Executive will be better adjusted and unnecessary conflicts can be avoided, thus reaching sooner a high productivity level. Also, coaching will greatly improve the teamwork between the Executive and the other team members.
