The sponsors of the Progressive Leaders Club (PLC) decide to change the format of the PLC meetings. From August 2007 onwards, there will be a Progressive Leaders' Forum conducted by a Panel of typically 4-6 panel speakers who will share their insights and inspirations with both other panel speakers and the other participants.
