Following our learning approach, Progress-U developed an effective format for leadership and sales competencies development:
1. Pre-Course Preparations

Purpose: sharing of success stories, discussion why certain behavior changes didn't succeed, support during implementation, deepening of learning from seminar/workshop |

1:1 coaching sessions |
follow-up 1:1 coching sessions, if possible, including shadow coaching sessions (the coach joins the coachee in real work situations like meetings, etc.)
Purpose: deepening of learning from seminar/workshop, dealing with individual difficulties, specific and targeted development, encouragement |

review sessions |
meetings with management / HR to review past activities, determine necessary adjustments and potentially necessary further action
Purpose: assure effective development of participants, feedback on necessary improvements on both client and trainer side |
