Our Philosophy

We strongly believe that Progress-U's right to exist is based on our ability to provide effective solutions to our clients in particular and to make a positive contribution to society in general. Being a profitable and growing company are natural consequences of this ability but can't be a sufficient purpose in itself.

Effective Solutions

Progress-U's associates are committed to continuously research and further develop Progress-U's leadership and sales programs. Innovation is a core value at Progress-U. Besides staying at the edge of research in these areas, we permanently review the success of our existing programs with our clients and make adjustments where necessary.

Contribution to Society

Another core value of Progress-U is generosity. As a consequence, Progress-U's associates frequently participate in voluntary projects like the AIESEC leadership conference in Hong Kong in November 2005. They also take up roles in non-profit organizations like Toastmasters or the Hong Kong Coaching Community.
