First Coaching in Action Workshop in Asia
Ontological Coaching - a ground breaking new coaching technology
Experiential 3-Days Seminar
Organized by Next Steps Results, supported by Progress-U Ltd., facilitated by Alan Sieler
What is ontological coaching?
Ontological coaching is a coaching methodology that focuses on creating tools, skills and being for shifting your own and others "way of being".
This approach creates deep sustainable change because it involves the dynamic interplay of language, emotions and physiology. It applies new understanding of language, the pivotal role of moods and emotions and respectful observation of the physiology of the body as a hidden source for change.
For whom is this workshop?
The workshop is intended for coaches, managers and entrepreneurs looking for tools to enhance their coaching effectiveness and for people interested in self-development to profoundly change personal results in their life.
