Dealing with Difficult Relationships at Work
Intensive 2-Days Seminar
in Shanghai
Organized by Progress-U Ltd and the French Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai, facilitated by Charlie Lang and Sebastien Henry

 
We sometimes have to work with people we find difficult to deal with, whether they are staff, colleagues, superiors, customers or suppliers. This seminar will provide you with tools to build better relationships with these people and to influence them with integrity. As a consequence, you will more successfully and more easily achieve the results you want.
 
This seminar includes:

  • An on-line assessment before the seminar to have an in-depth look at your interpersonal skills. The results will be discussed during the seminar
  • 2 follow-up group coaching sessions (after seminar) by phone conference to assist you in implementing the tools you will learn and in getting the results you want.

Objectives:

  • Learn new practical tools can be applied
  • Discover new ways to build trust and influence with integrity, even with people you find hard to work with
  • Practice these tools with case studies and guided role-plays in a safe environment
  • Receive new perspectives, advices and coaching based on your specific need.
  • Create a practical action plan to resolve potential problems at work

About the Trainers

Charlie Lang and Sebastien Henry are partners and professional coaches (CoachU, ICC) at Progress-U Ltd. They work with multinational companies in Greater China to develop their leaders, motivate their people and keep the best.

Charlie Lang is known for his innovative approaches towards leadership. He combines the latest findings in research combined with his own experience in international management and leadership (13-year corporate career, as Managing Director and VP Sales and Marketing). He is the author of “The Groupness Factor”, a book on First-Class Leadership which was published in August 2005. His articles got printed in Human Resources, CareerTimes, FZ Asia Magazine and AsiaPreneur, South China Morning Post etc…He also delivers a 120 hours course on coaching at the University of Hong Kong (HKU SPACE).

Sebastien Henry, MBA, a certified NLP Trainer (NLPU, USA), previously in an Asia-Pacific regional position at a multinational company, is the expert for Emotional Intelligence at Progress-U Ltd. He coaches his clients one on one and assists them in mastering the coaching tools.

Their clients include Allianz Insurance, ARKEMA, Barclays, Bayer Material Science, Lego, Logitech, L'Oreal, Roquette, etc.
