"Many thanks for giving me an inspiring session. It helps me not only in coaching people,
but in self-development as well."
Judy Chung, Senior Training Officer, CSB

Improved Productivity and Engagement through Effective Conflict Management
Experiential 1/2-day Seminar
Organized by Progress-U Ltd., facilitated by Charlie Lang and Sebastien Henry
“For any organization to be effective and efficient in achieving its goals, the people in the organization need to have a shared vision of what they are striving to achieve, as well as clear objectives for each team / department and individual. You also need ways of recognizing and resolving conflicts amongst people, so that conflicts don’t become so serious that co-operation is impossible. All members of any organization need to have ways of keeping conflicts to a minimum - and of solving problems caused by conflicts, before conflicts become major obstacles to your work.”
Objectives
- To achieve a positive change in your beliefs about conflicts
- To develop your ability to minimize conflicts
- To learn how to deal with a conflict effectively when you are a part of it
Benefits
- Better business results due to less disruptions and higher engagement through effective conflict management
- Improved corporate culture through a healthy culture of dispute
Who should participate?
- Senior and Middle Managers who want to learn how to better deal with conflicts
- Human Resources Professionals who want to better understand Progress-U's innovative approach towards soft skills development
