Progress-U Limited was founded in 2002 and is a rapidly developing enterprise that focuses on providing cutting edge and high-quality solutions for its clients who face issues like

- Unsatisfactory business development due to low productivity and of sales force and insufficient margins
We have developed and keep developing innovative training & coaching solutions to assist our clients in achieving better business results by overcoming these challenges.
Progress-U is currently the largest coaching provider based in Hong Kong.
Our client base includes both multinational and local companies. Our current focus is on Greater China and Singapore, but we are already expanding into other Asian countries.
Progress-U Limited follows an innovative business model that assures lowest administrative cost, fosters a profound entrepreneurial spirit and allows ultra-high flexibility. To this point, we do not consider having any salaried coaches/trainers, i.e. every associate works as an entrepreneur within the framework and infrastructure of Progress-U Limited. This model might be considered a risk for the associate, but it certainly also means a much better opportunity than you might find in more traditional companies.
Other roles such as project & event coordinator and part-time accountant will receive a salary with a target-related bonus component.

1. Sales Trainer & Coach - based in Hong Kong, P.R. China and Singapore
Your Opportunity

Our Expectations
- Entrepreneurial mindset, i.e. no fixed income (high income opportunity due to profit sharing model) and ready to participate in business development
- Minimum 10 years of sales related corporate experience
- Profesional coaching education (minimum 80 hours) - may be taken during start-up phase with Progress-U
- Able to train and coach in English plus Cantonese for Hong Kong based associates; Mandarin is a must for P.R.China based associates
- Training experience would be appreciated, but is not a must
- Background in financial industry would be preferred
- Ready to work exclusively for Progress-U Ltd.
