Krissy Lam helps Progress-U’s clients to develop stronger presentation and communication skills, as well as Emotional Intelligence, interpersonal relationships and conflict management skills.
An experienced and professionally trained theatre practitioner & trainer, Krissy employs her theatre and drama skills to create a unique, interactive, dynamic and inspiring approach towards communication and presentation training. Using drama pedagogy and conventions including Process Drama and Forum Theatre, she helps participants arrive at fresh insights and identify new possibilities through interactive exercises.
Before Krissy pursued her career in theatre, she had corporate experience working as a product manager in the multinational pharmaceutical company Aventis, which gave her a good grasp of corporate work environment including the challenges and issues within such environment. She has performed in art festivals including the French May Festival 2006 and the New Vision Art Festival 2006.
Krissy is a Hong Kong resident who has studied in New York and London.
