Sarah brings a unique set of talents and experiences to her work with global clients. She is a PhD level psychologist also trained in business. Dr. Chan is an experienced coach, who specializes in developing leadership talent for multinational corporations. Her approach to coaching is to align senior leaders’ capability with the organization’s strategic directions and business priorities, establish short term and longer development plans, foster personal and organizational growth in the business context to meet market challenges.
Prior to becoming an executive coach, Dr. Chan was a leader for over 10 years in firms ranging from multinationals to her own entrepreneurial business. During her consulting life, she worked closely with executives from major corporations to define organizational and personal development directions.
Dr. Chan has also been on the cutting edge of personality and behavioral research for over 10 years. Her findings were presented at more than 15 U.S. and international conferences around the world. She is certified in a wide range of assessment instruments and 360 processes. Relying on her perceptive understanding of people and business, she accurately identifies personal and organizational development opportunities. Dr. Chan undertook a variety of assignments mainly in the areas of strategic planning, organization development and executive coaching.
