Profile of M.W.Wong
 Mr. Wong is a trainer, coach and consultant with more than 25 years of international exposure in senior management.
He has held positions in general management as well as strategy formulation, operations management, change management, regional and global client development management, customer service, and sales and marketing. He has extensive experience in assessing, training and developing competencies in local talents and succession planning in several industries such as financial investment, shipping transport and integrated logistics management in Malaysia, China, Hong Kong, and the UK.
His extensive involvement in change management included a new set-up in PRC, several major integrations in major acquisitions and organizational change projects in Hong Kong. As a trainer, he has conducted public seminars and workshops in Asia, Europe, and the USA. He also has more than 10 years of lecturing experience in tertiary and professional education programs in private institutions of higher learning.
Mr. Wong made considerable impact across different cultures and countries. He has helped people achieve positive change in their personal and professional development, self-confidence and commitment and assisted them in achieving significant and accelerated career advancement.
Mr. Wong has lived in Malaysia, U.K., China, and Hong Kong and is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Malay.
