Profile of Ming Yang
 Ming has over 18 years of multinational working experience in multiple fields ranging from executive coaching, management consulting and skill training. He has also been involved in joint venture management, engineering consulting, capital investment and venture capital.
He holds an Executive MBA degree from University of Chicago, a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from University of Houston, and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Tongji University.
With his extensive experience and knowledge in international business practice, Ming has the expertise to share with his clients, mostly middle to senior managerial professionals working in multinational corporations, insightful views and ideas in effectively engaging colleagues, partners, customers, friends and others from different backgrounds for successful cooperation and business results.
His area of expertise is executive coaching, managerial skill development, and cross-cultural management.
Ming has conducted more than 150 coaching, consultation and training sessions in these areas for clients around the world, in association with global organizations like Dell, Cisco, Verizon, Boston Scientific, Mattel, Caterpillar, Alcatel, Areva, Bayer, Saint-Gobain, Standard Chartered Bank, Acer, TCL, SinTel, Givenchy, BMW, Swarovski, SwissRe etc.
