Coming initially from a therapy and counseling background, Loretta is highly qualified with an M.A. in Drama Therapy from the Central school of Speech and Drama in London, and a PhD in Developmental Psychology from the University of Birmingham in the UK.
Having worked for several Institutions in the UK she has amassed a vast amount of experience when working with others on a wide range of deep rooted personal, emotional and psychological issues.
Identifying that an increasing number of her clients were executives from the business sector who were looking for specific guidance, Loretta adapted her style to incorporate these new needs.
Working in particular with middle management executives from various large corporations throughout the UK, she has conducted seminars and workshops on motivational and communication techniques to develop stronger interpersonal skills.
Loretta's work deals not only with cognitive issues from the past that can influence habits and behavior. She also focuses on career and life "options" of the present and the future. It is this transition that has led Loretta to her natural position as a career and life coach with Progress-U Ltd.
