Liz brings 20 years of hands-on Sales & Marketing and Management expertise to her unique executive training & coaching programs. Her diverse experience includes 18 years of managing a multi-million dollar business and more recently helped start and set-up a regional headquarter for a multi-national company in Hong Kong.

With her international experience dealing with European and Asia-Pacific countries, Liz understands the differences in cultures and how they affect communication. Her exposure to different cultures are an asset to good interpersonal skills with people from all ranks and walks of life. She has lectured and coached adults on a volunteer basis for 6 years which was a way of fulfilling her passion for helping people grow.

At Progress-U, she focuses on developing leaders to become more effective in 1:1 and team leadership. Also, she is passionate about assisting sales people to become truly trusted partners of their customers. Her business background and her zest and passion for life comes across in her interaction and work with the people around her.
