Profile of Katherine Warner
 Katherine brings over 15-years of corporate human resource and talent development experience in global organisations to her work as an executive trainer and coach. She partners with her clients acting as a catalyst for their personal and professional growth, and, through the power of coaching, she facilitates and deepens their thought processes leading to the achievement of dramatically heightened levels of self-awareness and personal responsibility culminating in peak performance being achieved.
As an accredited Coach, Katherine works with middle to senior level executives, individuals deemed to be “high potential talent” as well as entrepreneurs and professionals who are seeking to accelerate their professional performance, build on strengths and troubleshoot areas requiring greater focus.
Katherine has worked with individuals across Asia, Europe, Southern Africa and Australia and across a wide range of industries; including pharmaceutical, food/beverage, retail, information technology, financial services as well as Government departments. Her client base comes from both Asian and international backgrounds.
During her corporate career, Katherine progressed to become an accomplished senior human resource and learning and development practitioner. She has worked within a number of large multi-national organizations operating across the Asia Pacific region, Europe and the America’s, primarily in the services sector. During her career, Katherine held various line and senior management roles, including that of Global HR Director for one of Australia’s blue chip organizations.
Katherine has had numerous articles published in editorials and industry publications. She has been featured in The Straits Times, The Business Times, The Singapore American newspaper and various other industry specific journals/magazines.
