Joanna is an experienced trainer and coach with over 15 years of sales and leadership experience.  Her experience spans across the retail sector, hospitality, private industry, and education as well as coaching and training. 

She has managed diverse teams in Australia, Asia / Pacific, Africa and the Middle East.  Being an accomplished leader, Joanna has been instrumental in establishing new branches, increasing sales, improving business performance and building cohesive teams across a number of different organizations.
