Profile of Franck Peng

Franck Peng, a native Chinese, has studied and worked for 12 years in France before coming back to China as General Manager of a Sino-French joint-venture.

Based on his experiences in general management and management consulting, he conducts management training programs for executives, managers and MBA students.

He is also one of the professors in the Advanced Management Program of EM LYON, a famous French business school.

Franck has also developed an expertise in change management and provides participants with most advanced knowledge and practical methodology in change management. He helps them develop necessary skills and mindset for handling appropriately change related problems.
