She has been coaching full time since 2000 and has 12 years of experience in the people-development field as a coach, corporate trainer and consultant. She previously worked for 10 year in planning, engineering and management in the Canadian forest industry.  

In addition to her business and training experience, her extensive leadership experience with non-profit volunteer groups gives her insight into how to inspire people to take action.
