MCA's Quality Standards

The Master Coach Alliance consists exclusively of coaches with a very high professional standard. This is to help clients minimize their risk of choosing the wrong coach. As coaching is still a new profession in Asia, it is sometimes difficult to distinguish between high quality coaches and the black sheep of the industry.

Minimum Requirements to become a member of The Master Coach Alliance:

• at least 100 hours of formal coach training

• at least 10 years of relevant professional experience

• at least 2 years of coaching experience

• true expertise in the chosen field of coaching

• proven track record in coaching
